Indian wisdom, embodied — in India's sacred places and in retreat centres across the world.

Since 2022 I have led nearly twenty residential retreats on four continents: the Himalayan foothills of Himachal Pradesh, the temple towns of South India, the Swiss Alps, Gloucestershire, Byron Bay, Hawaii, Big Sur, the Rockies, and New York City. Each retreat takes a single body of teaching — the Goddess, Śiva, the eclipse myths, the stories behind the yoga postures — and gives it four or five days of study, practice, story and place.

Two formats. Pilgrimages travel to the sites where the myths are set, with the texts read on location. Residential retreats bring the material to a retreat centre or studio, in partnership with a host who gathers the group. Both are run through The Indian Wisdom School, where current dates and registration live.
